ABOLISH THE INCOME TAX

Eliminating the income tax and the IRS would reduce the federal budget by over $9 billion , not to mention $194 billion  in compliance costs borne by the private sector.

Replacing them with a national retail sales tax would unleash economic growth factors : savings, investment and productivity, thus bringing a new, much-needed resurgence to economic growth.

The income tax is the worst financial albatross this country has had to bear.

Either HR 2717 or HR 2525 that eliminates the income tax and replaces the income tax with the Constitutionally mandated consumption tax must be passed.

The death of the income tax is long overdue.  My first and foremost goal as a congressman would be to pass one of these bills now.
