ABORTION

Abortion is not within the jurisdiction of the United States government.  There should be no federal laws on abortion.  There should be no United States Supreme Court or United States federal court decisions concerning abortion either.

Abortion is properly the jurisdiction of the family and church.  However the federal promotion of political psychiatry with the massive expansion of the welfare state since the 60’s has rendered the church and family quite impotent.  Neither the family nor the church hold much sway any more with the decisions of the young.  Karl Marx’s proposal to abolish the family and religion in his Communist Manifesto, having both absorbed by the government, is well on its way to full achievement in this country, if not in fact then at least in practice.

Having federal laws, either legislated or adjudicated, on abortion accelerate the demise of the church and family.

At least push the abortion problem down to the state level.  Then that state that best opens the way for the revival of the family and church, giving full constitutional freedoms for both, will be the first to properly handle the issue of abortion.

In the mean time, get the federal government out of it.  I can guarantee you that no federal law, regulation, or judicial decision will reflect the will of the people or properly handle the issue of abortion anyway.
