- IS YOUR SITE FOR REAL?
Very real. My journal is my real journal, even though its fairly
new. Yes, I am deeply in debt. I have chemical imbalances which
need continual treatment. I need to continue in school. Its a
major transition; language, culture, and technical all are foreign
to me. Its like being dropped in a foreign country with no
dictionary and no money.
- HOW COULD YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOURSELF INTO SUCH A "PIG WALLOW?"
I've tried to help people get a start in life. I was making good
money and felt that it was a good thing to be doing. I don't have
kids of my own and don't regret spending the money. My depression
and the economy has combined to catch me in a very vulnerable
position. I lost my health insurance twice. Once when they decided
that my depressive tendencies rose to the level of termination.
The other was when the IT economy tanked with the .COMs and
flushed an immense amount of talent into competition with me. The
vertical market I work in hasn't shown ANY jobs being posted for
over 18 months, and that is including ALL jobs, not just senior
programmer analysts.
- DO YOU WORK? AND WHY DON'T YOU GET A PART-TIME JOB?
Returning to school is a big deal. Every time I have tried to work
and go to school I have not been able to complete a degree. Before
my diagnosis (dysphoria (a form of depression, long lasting and
persistent), post traumatic stress. When I get
depressed, they call it "double depression"). I have to graduate
this time, and am trying to creatively assure that I will pass.
The field of work (radiology) is an all or nothing deal. Either I
am degreed and fully certified or I have wasted all the time and
money..
DO YOU EXPECT US TO PAY ALL OF YOUR DEBT WHILE YOU SIT BACK AND DO
NOTHING?
No. I haven't lost my drive or work ethic I had while consulting
to fortune 500 companies. (G.E., The Dannon Company, Wayne
Dalton). I just need a little more help than the government gives
in order to ensure my success in school.
- WILL YOU POSE NUDE OR GO ON A DATE WITH ME FOR MONEY?
No. Though I might advertise your (non pornographic) web site if I
like it.
- WHY DON'T YOU CONSOLIDATE YOUR DEBT AND BUY A BOOK ON FINANCE?
I only have one credit card. All the PayPal payments go directly
to the card. The card people have given me a good rate. They also
offered me a negotiated flat pay down amount, but it would
adversely affect my credit rating. I'd like to protect my credit
rating. My car has 200,000 miles on it and eventually it will keel
over and die.

- WHY DON'T YOU FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY?
In the long run, just who exactly is paying for me filing for
bankruptcy - you! But not by choice. Your finance charges will go
up, your taxes, etc. By giving me the money directly, you have
shortcut the bureaucracy overhead. Bankruptcy costs money,
someone's going to pay, and it will be the consumer.
So you can voluntarily give me a dollar, then I will avoid
bankruptcy, and we will all save on interest rates and taxes in
the future.
- I OWE THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY, WHAT CAN I DO?
Well, the first thing I recommend you do is consolidate your debt.
I did it and it helped lower my monthly payments and interest
rates. After I did that, I never got one more call from a credit

HOW CAN I CREATE A SITE LIKE YOU?
Sometimes your ISP (Internet Service Provider - who you access the
Internet through) provides web storage space with your
account. There are inexpensive, sometimes free, sites on the
Internet. Although I have never created a site before, the
technical parts of it have been simple. The content and layout are
the hard part. One way to site yourself when your own ISP doesn't
offer space, is
