Bisley Model Single Action Army
Revolvers
not an offer of sale
Introduced in 1894, Colt's "Bisley Model" was named
after the Bisley shooting range in England where the National Match was
held. Originally designed as a target revolver, the "Bisley" was
very well received by all shooters. A good amount of these revolvers
were purchased by the English but most of the "Bisleys" were sold in the
United States. It was a popular sidearm in the American West at the
turn of the century. This Aldo Uberti replica features the unique
"Bisley" grip style low profile spur hammer, case hardened frame, blued
barrel and walnut grips.
