1873 Trapdoor Springfield Cavalry Carbine

The Classic U.S. Cavalry carbine of the Old West era was undoubtedly the 1873 "Trapdoor" Springfield.  The "Trapdoor" served the Army through all the Indian campaigns on into the Spanish-American War near the turn of the Century.  This fine Davide Pedersoli reproduction was  a blued lockplate, blue barrel, case hardened breech block and buttplate walnut stock and saddle bar with ring.  Barrel: 22".  Weight: 7 lbs.
