T his is an eclectic collection of descendants and ancestors in genealogies and family histories. They are all part of a group of interconnected families. Many of the families are of the Washington,DC, Maryland or Virginia areas. Some of the other areas represented are Poland, Canada, Massachusetts, New York, Indiana, and Michigan to name a few.

**The photograph on the right is of John Walter Rynex and his grandson Allison F. Childs. It was taken in about 1921 at the Thrifton station of the Old Dominion Railroad, a trolley line that ran from Roslyn to Great Falls, Virginia.**
